Woman Arrested for Graffiti at The Salvation Army in Singapore

SINGAPORE: A 43-year-old woman was taken into custody on Thursday, December 25, on suspicion of spray painting derogatory phrases at The Salvation Army located in Upper Bukit Timah.

Incident Details

The police confirmed receiving a report about the graffiti incident at around 9:15 AM at the Praisehaven branch of The Salvation Army. Upon arrival, officers discovered a series of offensive words written in red spray paint on various surfaces, including the walls of the building and three vans parked nearby.

According to a social media post shared on the Sgfollowsall Instagram account around 2 PM the same day, observers noted that “multiple sections of the walls and vehicles were spray-painted using a red canister, featuring malicious language.” The post further mentioned that law enforcement had secured the area and located a red spray canister at the scene.
